Training Committee
The IEJATC provides training to educate the
members of the International Brotherhood of Electrical
Workers and the National Electrical Contractors Association.
A five-year training program for Journeyman Wireman
Classification, coupled with continuing education courses
ensure Goldman Electrical Contracting, Inc. is hiring the
most highly trained and highly skilled workforce possible.

National Electrical Contractors Association
Goldman Electrical Contracting, Inc. is an
active member of National Electrical Contractors
Association. NECA is dedicated to enhancing the industry
through continuing education, labor relations, current
information and promotional activities. It is the voice of
the electrical contracting industry, working to promote
higher standards, quality workmanship and training for a
skilled workforce.

International Brotherhood
of Electrical Workers
Goldman Electrical Contracting, Inc.
utilizes the IBEW to hire our highly skilled, and qualified,
field employees. We have signatory agreements with Local
481, encompassing central Indiana, and Local 725, which
include Bloomington and Terre Haute.

Quality Connection
The Quality Connection is a labor-management
partnership between IBEW Local Union 481 and the Central
Indiana Chapter of the NECA. Goldman Electrical
Contracting, Inc. maintains a safe and drug free workplace
with the help of the safety initiatives and Drug Testing
Program provided by Quality Connection.
